Job title: Field Officers (4)
Function: Admin
Location: Siavonga, Zambia
Key responsibilities

Training of smallholder fish farmers in improved aquaculture husbandry for cage and pond farming.
Setting up of aquaculture ponds and cages.
Management of aquaculture farmers database and overseeing offtake agreements.
Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project management and stakeholders.
Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete thier tasks.
Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement,as directed by the project manager.
Executing a variety of project mangement administrative tasks.
Management of predictive control fish production model.
Implementation of effective control systems for fish harvested, feed, sampled fish, mortalities etc.
Preparation and analysis of activity reports.
Preparation of stock recocialiations and finalisation of entries into the accounting system.

Key skills

Qualifications: Diploma /Degree in sales and Marketing
Full Grade 12 Certificate with Credits or better.
2 years experience in an acquaculture/livehood value chain.
Strong technical skills.
Demonstratable team management skills.
Experience of managing a project.
Excellent written and language skills.
