Corpus Globe Corporate Solutions (“CGCSo”) operates in a service industry that straddles company incorporations, accounting, tax, immigration, permitting licensing services, company secretarial services and nominee services. CGCSo is looking for a talented and committed individual to fill the position of Finance Manager who will oversee the Finance Department as well as support the General Manager in taking the entity to the next revenue and profitability growth level.
Summary of role
Responsibility for the finance and accounting function and provision of leadership in financial accountability, administration and risk management. You will guarantee effective monitoring of the Company’s budgets, maintain internal controls, ensure timely and accurate financial report submission to the General Manager and the Directors, and serve as a leader in knowledge of the Company’s financial reporting rules, administration and regulations.
Finance Manager (the “FM”)
In summary, the FM will provide, but not limited to, regular financial reporting and information with technical oversight for all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, investment management, financial control, cash flow management, forecasting, short and long-term financial planning and management. The FM will work with external auditors, and the management team and the Directors, in audit related matters. The FM will also provide timely reports on financial and associated services with recommendations on risk management and control frameworks to inform decision making. The FM will prepare the annual budgets and cash flows and oversee budget management while developing and implementing policies for the finance and accounting function as well. Lastly, the FM will ensure compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre legislation and regulations and any other applicable and or associated anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Chartered Accountant
Degree in Accountancy or Part/ Full ACCA, CIMA, ZICA or Equivalent.
A paid up member of ZICA
At least 4 years of accounting experience
Good working knowledge and practical experience in tax reporting and compliance within the business environment
Previous experience with SAGE accounting system
Master’s Degree in Accounting / Finance would be an added advantage
No criminal record
Valid driver’s licence
