FISH FARM MANAGER
A fast-growing fish farm wishes to recruit the services of a Fish Farm Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily operations and overall management of a fish farm.
Present a workable strategic plan to guide the operation of the fish farm.
Management of the fish and maintenance of fish ponds
Fish Feed Formulation.
Production of fingerling (Niloticus & Catfish)
Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

The suitable candidate should possess a diploma or better in fisheries science, Agriculture science, and or any related experience in Aquaculture.
Capable of managing a farm with minimum supervision.
Conversant with Production of fish feed and Nutrition.
Demonstrates knowledge of current market trends, formulate a production plan for the whole year of production to meet contractual demands of off-takers
Exhibits familiarity with industry standards.
Hands-on experience in Aquaculture and a proven ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
