Retail Sales Associate
Background

We cover all facets of Image Consultancy from Fashion and Style Consulting to Communication and Etiquette. Vonse Group is seeking a qualified Sales Associates, a General Manager | Beauty Therapists | Nail Technicians | Lash – Eyebrow Technicians | Make-up Artists to work in its store located at Longacres Mall.
Requirements and Attributes – including but not limited to:
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting the store’s commitment to our customers.
Highest degree of personal independence, integrity and honesty and must have the initiative to get things done.
Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
Strong IT and social media marketing skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to work as part of a team.
Customer service focus
Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Time Management and Problem Solving
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Education and Qualifications Required:

Minimum Full Grade 12 certificate

Experience:

At least 1 years’ experience in the sales and marketing field
Experience of working in a boutique is an added advantage
Experience of working in a Spa or similar environment is essential
