Graduate Trainee Programme

The MTN Graduate Development Programme combines both formal development as well as on-the-job development through placement into strategically aligned roles. The blended learning experiences will include critical experiences, immersive experiences together with coaching and mentorship.
Candidate Requirements

Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology obtained in the last two (2) years.
