Job Description

Role purpose
To oversee daily business activities and improve overall business functions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and present short and long-term goals and projections to management for approval.
Supervise departments to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
Collaborate with department heads to set monthly and annual objectives and review performance.
Provide accurate financial reports to management on a daily and weekly basis.
Foster an enthusiastic work environment to boost employee morale.
Conduct regular staff meetings to optimize departmental efficiency and profitability.
Evaluate training requests, approve those aligned with company goals, and monitor effectiveness.
Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders.
Resolve escalated complaints unresolved by department managers.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; MBA in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
Minimum 7 years of senior management experience.
Strong leadership, management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in software systems for operational support.
