1)    POSITION:  HANDYMAN PAINTER x 1- PERMANENT
The position will be reporting to the Building Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

To make sure that there is no wastage of materials.
Ensuring that work orders are closed / done in accordance with requirements (in terms of quality, usage and specifications) and that, materials are available for the job.
Giving technical and professional advice on work requirements to ensure conformity to accepted standards for work requests.
Providing feedback to the Building Supervisor on material-usage and works completed.
Help generate acceptable quality of civil maintenance works and infrastructure development.
To diligently execute painting works as assigned by the building supervisor to residential and social infrastructures such as (schools, hospitals/clinics, social clubs, office buildings, etc.)
Ensuring all stakeholders in the business that require the services of painting and sign-writing works are effectively and satisfactorily attended to.
To provide Painting and Signwriting works and ensuring adherence to work specifications, standard and safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements areas

Grade 12 Certificate
G5 Trade Test Certificate or better.
At least 3 years in Painting and Signwriting.
Experience in painting and signwriting works with notable references.
Paid up membership of the engineering Institute of Zambia.
Knowledge Of relevant Zambian Engineering standards.
