HR Officer (Recruitment)

According to the company recruitment management policy and the department’s annual recruitment plan, organize and implement recruitment, selection, hiring and evaluation work, timely meet the dept’s employment demand, and provide suitable talents for the business development of each dept.
Core duties:
Personnel recruitment & selection
1. After receiving the demand from dept, conduct personnel selection and interview according to the recruitment period, follow up the interview and candidate entry process, and ensure that candidates join in time.
2. Track and record the entire recruitment process, fill in the recruitment schedule sheet
3. Fill in the Dept quota and On-the-job Status Sheet on a monthly basis and send it to the human resources manager. Pay attention to the vacancies position of each dept and prepare the candidate reserve;
4. Maintain existing recruitment channels, keep contacting and communicating with channel suppliers, pay attention to the effects provided by channel supplies, and conduct regular analysis of the effectiveness of the recruitment channels
5. Continuously expand new recruitment channels and service suppliers according to the recruitment effect of each position and the characteristics of the position to ensure the flexibility and effectiveness of recruitment channels
6. Participate in the analysis of the effectiveness of recruitment quality, assist the dept manager in the analysis of the match between probation period employees and regular employees, and output a recruitment effectiveness analysis report
7. Participate in the effectiveness analysis of the recruitment process, assist the dept manager to analyze and optimize each step of the entire recruitment process, and output the recruitment effectiveness analysis report
Employee File Management
1. Sort and arrange the files of existing employees in order to ensure the orderliness of employee files
2. Ensuring the integrity of employee information: docking with the recruiting specialist’s candidate joining work to ensure that the information of new hires is complete; checking the information of existing employees, arranging communication for employees with incomplete information, and informing them to complete the corresponding information;
 
Contract Management
1. According to the company contract record sheet, sort out the list of contract renewal personnel on a monthly basis, and carry out and follow up the staff contract renewal work
2. Track the monthly contract renewal work and update it to the company contract record sheet;
3. Communicate with the human resources supervisor in a timely manner about the employees who dept doesn’t agree to update the contract and assist in handling;
Probabtion COnfirmation Management
1. According to the employee list of the company, sort out the list of people who should be confirmed as formal employee on a monthly basis, and carry out and follow up the employee’s probation confirmation work
2. Keep track of the monthly probation confirmation work and update it to the employee probation confirmation sheet
3.  Communicate with the human resources supervisor in a timely manner about the employees whose department does not agree to comfirm him/her as formal employee, and assist in handling.
4. Any other tasks as assigned by the  departemnt manager.
