Job Advert: Human Resource Practitioner Consultant
Puku Solutions, a growing human resource consulting firm, is seeking to recruit a skilled and experienced Human Resource practitioner to join our team as a consultant. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of eight years work experience in human resources and possess a current practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing expert human resource consulting services to clients
Conducting training needs assessments and developing customized training programs
Managing employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts
Conducting job analysis and job evaluations to ensure equity and fairness in pay and benefits
Designing and implementing performance management systems
Providing guidance on compliance with labor laws and regulations
Supporting recruitment and selection processes as needed

Requirements:

A minimum of a degree in Human Resource Management or related field
A current practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
Highly proficient in Excel and other relevant software applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
