Skills and Academic Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Must be a paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
Willingness to learn
Highly focused, result-driven, and must have a strong sense of integrity.
Should be highly computer literate
