Our client, an international logistics company on the Copperbelt (Zambia) is looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team effective 1st January 2023 on a full-time basis.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support organizational stuff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program, analysing exit interviews and recommending changes
Enhance the organization’s human resource planning, implementing and evaluating human resource policies and programs and practices
Responsible for developing training and development for employee capacity building
Engage directly with line managers on personnel management
Ensuring company compliance to statutory laws
Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
Ensure a standard employee disciplinary and counselling procedur
Managing all human resource personnel
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
Responsible for payroll administration
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A minimum Degree in human resource management or other equivalent disciplines
At least 4 years proven practical experience in human resource management
Strong leadership qualities
Strong Analytical skill
Problem solving abilities
Experience in a logistics and international company will be added advantage
30 years and above

Basic Salary range: K5,000 – K7,000
