Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Compile and update employee records
Coordinate HR projects
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist with payroll inputs
Assist with corporate wellness activities
Provide guidance in handling complaints and grievances
Assist with talent acquisition (recruitment)
Coordinate the end to end recruitment process
Assist with effective on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
Manage and maintain employee contracts and various records
Track staff on probation and ensure effective evaluations are held
Provide general correspondence
Any other duties assigned
REQUIRED
Must have a Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management/Public Administration
Must be a paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZHRIM)
Ability to work independently as well as in a team,
Knowledgeable with excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to Multi-task
Passion to serve, objective and uphold confidentiality
