Revin Zambia Limited wishes to invite applications for the position of Human Resource Officer.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
Provide HR support and advice to Supervisors and Line Managers in order to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
Manage Payroll inputs (end to end) and Payroll related queries.
Take part in onboarding and offboarding processes and establishment of associated process flows.
Management of leave application and leave passage payments
Coordinating all departmental appraisals and performance reviews for staff employees.
Evaluating staff needs.
Provide an efficient Human Resource service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
Perform other duties as required by management from time to time
Qualifications
Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology equivalent
A minimum of 3 year’s relevant work experience
A good knowledge of Zambian labour laws is a prerequisite.
Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience is added advantage.
Experience in payroll management a must.
