INVITATION FOR BIDS: INSURANCE COVER 
The conservation farming unit now invites sealed bidder from eligible   bidders for the supply of insurance cover for the following Assets for the year starting 1st January 2022.
ITEM/DESCRIPTION
1. OFFICES – BUILDINGS
2. RESIDENTIAL – BUILDINGS
3. PROPERTY – MOTOR VEHICLES
4. PROPERTY – MOTOR BIKES
Bidding will be conducted through the tendering process and is open to eligible and interested bidders.
All the specifications have been provided in the bidding documents, which can be obtained from the Procurement Office at the Conservation Farming Unit Offices – Tel: 0965238058 /  or Email: [email protected]
CLOSING DATE: Bids must be deposited in the tender box situated at the CFU offices, along Leopards Hill road, on or before Wednesday 15th December 2021 at 14:00 hours local time. ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted.
OPENING OF TENDER: The bids will be opened at the Conservation Farming Unit Offices at 14:30 hours, on Thursday 15th December 2021 in the   presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, for further evaluation by the tender committee.
The CFU reserves the right to reject or discard bids that do not meet the specifications required.
