INVITATION FOR BIDS
World Vision Zambia is a child focused organization and an affiliate of the World Vision International. It is non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational, and non-racial organization whose overall mission is to work with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation, seek justice and bear witness to the good news of the kingdom of God. Currently, World Vision work is themed around five key areas as outlined in the 2016-2020 strategy. These are Literacy, Maternal and Child Health, Child Protection and Spiritual Nature, Resilient Livelihood, and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene.
World Vision Zambia has premises and facilities in several provinces in Zambia and now requires provision of security guarding services for a period of twelve months and renewable upon satisfactory performance of contracted services.
WORLD VISION ZAMBIA LIMITED NOW INVITES SEALED BIDS FROM ELIGIBLE BIDDERS TO TENDER FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICE:
PROVISION OF SECURITY SEVICES FOR ALL WORLD VISION ZAMBIA OFFICES
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspection of bidding documents at World Vision Zambia, Great East Road, Plot 51/52 Lusaka Zambia Strictly between 10:00 hours and 12:30 hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only starting from 31st of May, 2022.
Bid document should include:
1. Valid PACRA company registration, Workers compensation including relevant and valid tax compliance certificates
2. Traceable demonstrated experience and capacity in providing security services in across Zambia.
3. Proof of operational presence in locations where World Vision Zambia operates
4. History in the security industry and relevant references (work for Embassies or International Organizations will be an added advantage).
5. Demonstration of capability to manage personnel on the ground.
6. An adequate security-training program and proof of provision of proper security training of staff.
7. Ability to replace staff at short notice.
8. Submission of bids should contain the bidding company’s profile.
You are requested to consider the requirements as expressed in the Tender Document. Bids should be entered in the bids register and deposited in the tender box at World Vision Zambia Limited, Plot 51/52 Great East Road Lusaka on or before Thursday, 16th June 2022 by 12:00hrs.
Bid documents will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend at the address below on Thursday, 16th of June 2022 at 12:00 Hours.
