Webdev Technologies Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Trainer to join our team, specializing in training students in various short IT disciplines. As an IT Trainer for students, you will have the opportunity to shape the next generation of technology professionals by imparting practical knowledge and skills. Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive IT training programs for students, covering topics such as programming languages, web development, database management, networking, and cybersecurity.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects, to facilitate student learning and retention.
Deliver training sessions in a classroom or workshop setting, utilizing various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their questions and concerns, and helping them overcome challenges in their IT learning journey.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the IT industry, ensuring that training materials and content are current and relevant.
Monitor student progress, assess their performance through assignments and assessments, and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork among students.
Participate in student recruitment activities, such as conducting information sessions and providing insight into the IT training programs offered.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Trainer, preferably with a focus on training students or beginners in IT.
Strong knowledge and expertise in various IT disciplines, including programming languages (such as Python, Java, C# etc), web development, databases, networking, and cybersecurity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to students with varying levels of IT proficiency.
Experience in designing and delivering interactive and hands-on training sessions.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and student needs.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to guide students through troubleshooting and logical reasoning processes.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is desirable.
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), or Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF), are a plus.
A bachelor’s  degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
