Zambia Sugar Plc, is a subsidiary of the Illovo Sugar Company (Pty) Ltd Group, and is the leading sugar producer in Zambia. Its main activities are the growing of sugar cane, the production and marketing of sugar and other downstream products.The company invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions:Key Performance Areas:Provide accurate and timeous first-point-of-call L&D admin query resolutionRecord training completed and competence achieved in the systemCoordinates venue bookings, meals and stationary requirements for various L&D interventionsMaintain an electronic and a physical central L&D filing systemManages L&D data on system and conducts monthly data integrity auditsMaintain accurate L&D dashboard and tracks progress against L&D KPI’s and initiativesAdminister the part-time employee study assistance programmeCompile weekly, monthly and quarterly L&D reportsProcess purchase requisitions for learning and development function AND ensures timeous payment of training vendors, bursaries and employee claimsCoordinate the vacation work programme for external bursary holders by ensuring effective logistics planning and internal communication between bursary students and business unitsUpdate learner schedules and maintains accurate databases of all trainees in the various pipeline programmes e.g. Apprentices, EIT’s, graduates trainees and learnershipsProvide general administrative support to all L&D projects and initiativesGather data and prepare information required for internal and external auditsCoordinate training events, including participant enrolment, vendor coordination, facilities, materials and equipment.Consolidate level one course evaluations.Build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with L&D Specialists and the rest of the Human Resource teamMinimum specifications / Requirements areas:Grade 12 School CertificateDiploma in MIS or any Business related fieldMinimum 1 -2 years Administration experienceSound L & D processes, system experience and MS Office suite skillsMethod of ApplicationShould you be interested in applying for these roles, please submit your detailed CV, copies of relevant qualifications, relevant professional accreditation, registrations and ID/Passport by email clearly stating the role applied for in the subject line.Applicants may be required to complete pre-employment checks (qualification, credit, security, background, and medical assessments) as part of the recruitment process where applicable.
