Job Description
Job overview:
Takes charge in selling Premier Credit Zambia products & services, screening, evaluation of loan documentation and processing of loan applications as per laid down Policies and Procedures, general customer service. The LC is also responsible for the recovery of all loans under his/her portfolio.
Functions:
1. Advise customers on all PremierCredit products and services
2. Process loan products to businesses, private and government offices
3. Evaluate and assess the credit risk of individual clients, appraise client’s repayment capability before disbursing loans
4. Creation of customer accounts and uploading of loan documentation onto the system
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or better in any business-related course,
2. Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
3. Relevant Marketing and selling skills
4. 2 – 3 years’ work experience in a Microfinance Institution or fintech
