The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:

Designs and maintains Financial and SIM Registration Platforms, Voucher Management (physical and electronic), to provide business information in systems to run operational processes;
Drafts the approach documents for information management and enterprise resource planning based on business, technical and system strategies;
Develops solutions to support strategy;
Participates in the selection of suitable technologies and negotiate/manage contracts with suppliers accordingly;
Ensures that operational delivery of system outputs are met;
Develops projects in line with SDLC process and ensures availability and reliability of systems;
Interfaces between Business and Vendor Support;
Ensures that IT policies and procedures that promote and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of corporate data and information on applications in the OPCO are implemented;
Prepares of budgets for IS Enterprise.

Candidate Requirements

Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
BSc Degree in IT/Software Engineering or related discipline;
4 years’ experience in a ERP environment/ info management, 2 years’ experience in managing within and IT environment with at least 1year in applications development and operations;
Exposure to the following functional areas: Business Reporting and Software engineering principles;
5 years in telecoms IT experience in the Billing/VAS area including Unix Shell scripting, IP switches & Router configurations among others.Women are strongly encouraged to apply
