• Materials: • Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.• Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.• Coordination: • Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.• Preparing cost estimates and performance reports• Laison/ Management:• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors.• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Working with the Sales & Customer Service Teams• compile and analyse data over time to forecast sales trends.• Populate and share daily sales Report and warehouse recon.• update Customer store universe File.• Communicate with management team regularly• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity• Monitor and share reports on Sales team route management by using Java’s app• Check and sure that Sales data is properly submitted in Java’s app system.• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.• Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success.• Calculate Sales incentives for sales team and monitor adherence to trading terms from Customers• Generate monthly Sales forecast using Sales trends and sales budget.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE• Minimum: Degree/Higher Diploma from recognized institution in business, logistics, inventory management, marketing or a related field;• 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.• strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software• advanced problem-solving and analysis skills• superior oral and written communication skills• high level of organization and detail-orientation• strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative• good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently• demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize• excellent time management• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• High level of organization and detail-orientation
