Job Description
TackleAfrica and VSO is seeking for a senior-level M&E consultant to support TackleAfrica in completion of a robust M&E external evaluation for their BT supports club programme. The project scales up and embeds TA’s HIV education through football coaching methodology into VSO’s operations to increase their work to promote SRHR. The methodology has initially been used to engage prisoners in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi over the past 2 years.
The consultant will be tasked to work on the planning, design, and implementation of the Evaluation with assistance from both TackleAfrica and VSO. The Consultant will be responsible for completion of an External Evaluation as specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR) document.
