The Merchandisers shall produce sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

A full grade 12 certificate.
A Certificate in Agriculture from a recognized learning institutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising is required.
Experience in merchandising with farmers will be an added advantage.
Excellent time and task management skills.
Attention to detail especially with numerical data.
Sound communication skills for work efficiency and effectiveness.
