ROLE
Our client is seeking vibrant and responsible persons to fill the role of Mobile Sales and Marketing officers.
The job of the Mobile Sales and Marketing Officer consists of driving a truck or other vehicles to establish routes. Selling and marketing of products within and outside the territory assigned.
The Mobile Sales and Marketing Officer will report to the Marketing Manager. He /She will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate “its wild” product features and benefits and be up to date with product information.
Understand and share the product story and its relevance to the target community.
Recommend and match customer needs by understanding and ascertaining customer needs and wants.
Apply high-class sales service leading to increased company revenue through sales maximization.
Assist customers to identify and purchase desirable “its wild” products.
Being a good team player and ensuring team cohesion at all times.
Maximum utilization of the available trade tools to meet the company set targets.
Collect money from customers, and record transactions on customer receipts.
Listen to and resolve customers’ complaints regarding products or services.
Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes.
Record customer orders and sales contracts according to company guidelines.
Drive trucks in order to deliver the ordered products
Call on prospective customers in order to explain company services and to solicit new business.
Record sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record.
Review lists of dealers, customers, or station drops and load trucks.
Arrange merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
Maintain the vehicle and the products in a good and safe manner in line with the health guidelines
Perform any other duties as assigned by management

RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing
3 years’ Experience in the mobile or route sales
Minimum class C driver’s license
Ability to speak English and other local languages
