We require the services of an experienced and innovative Baker to work at our Mugg N Bean outlet in Lusaka.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Baker will be responsible for coaching, training and supervising bakers on the best store processes. He or she will also be responsible to enhancing customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage baking staff effectively.
The Baker should have extensive experience in preparing cakes, bread, confectionaries and other meals according to the brand’s recipes. The Baker is required to always maintain a clean workstation and follow kitchen safety protocol.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:

At least three years baking experience in a quick service restaurant, supermarket or similar establishment.
Grade 12 certificate, baking certifications and college diploma
Catering or food production certificate.
Proven food preparation and food handling experience.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
