We are looking for a results driven Manager to run a Mugg N Bean Store in Lusaka. He or she will be responsible for the day to day operations of the store including coaching, training and supervision of staff. He or she will be responsible for meeting sales and profitability targets,  local store marketing, stock control, brand standard compliance and customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate with degree in food production, business administration or related field and proven experience of at least three years in a supervisory role in a coffee shop or quick service restaurant.
Candidates should have ability to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
