1. HVAC-R MANAGER AND PROJECT ENGINEER -NDOLA
Core responsibilities

Fully conversant in HVAC-R engineering (both design and practical installation) and after sales and maintenance of HVAC-R systems.
Fully conversant with VRV/VRF systems installation and designs (Daikin & Samsung).
Full knowledge of chiller systems and designs
Profound Refrigeration and Cold Room designing and installation
In-depth experience in project management and supervision of major projects in HVAC-R and other Mechanical Engineering Disciplines (Elevators & Escalators).
Must have sales exposure and be able to manage existing clients and acquire new customers.
Must be able to compile tenders and quotations for large projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years in Managerial position.
Preferred experience in sub- Saharan African countries.
Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with emphasis on HVAC-R preferred.
Must be a member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia
Minimum age 35 years

Skills

Must be Computer literate, proficient in AutoCAD
Must possess a valid driver’s license

2. ESCALATOR AND ELEVATOR AND ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR
Core responsibilities

Overseeing and supervising all Elevator and Escalator works and projects as assigned.
Carry out all supervision work on Service, Maintenance and installations of all escalator and elevator works on site as per installations.
Technical training of Company employees.
Stock, Cost and budget Control for site works and all materials and equipment
Issuing of materials and equipment to various projects and sites.
Assist with the technical needs of both sales opportunities and post           installation projects
Maintain good relations with clients and suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 3-5 Years work experience in same or similar position
Experience with TKE is an added advantage.

SKILLS

Must have a valid driver’s licence
Good team player.
Good communication skills.

3. Refrigeration and  Air-conditioning Technicians (HVAC-R) – Lusaka & Ndola.
Core responsibilities

Installation of HVAC-R equipment
Servicing and troubleshooting air-conditioners
Repairing Air Conditioners
Carrying out all other HVAC-R works as assigned.

Qualifications

Advanced Craft Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Must possess EIZ Certificate
Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in same or similar position
Minimum age 25 years

Skills

Must be a good team player
Good Communication

4. IT ADMINISTRATOR
     Core responsibilities

Administer the company’s IT systems at their Lusaka Head Office and Ndola Branch Office, including management and maintenance of all software and hardware appliances (all laptops, PC’s, Printers, Scanners, Server, Central-Telephone system, Mobile Phones, CCTV System etc.
Provide End User Support in coordination with our respective service providers for software packages used by the company: and ensure that all appliances are functional: MS Office Package, Pastel/ Sage Evolution, Belina HR-Management Software, Jobsys, AutoCAD Design Software and all other software packages.
Provide End User Support for all company Hardware IT Appliances: Mobile Phones including SIM Card Management, Laptops, PC, Server, CCTV, Printers, Scanners etc.
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in liaison with Management.
To ensure that the fully computerized internal and external sales team works efficiently
Install and input all material in Stock on Bar Code and ensure Electronic Security parallel with Stores Control
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as and when required
Troubleshooting technical issues
Ensure all IT connections and data channels into and out of the company are functional and protected from unauthorized third-party intrusion.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, systems engineering or network administration
Minimum of 5 years experience in same or similar position
