Main Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing detailed architectural drawings for tender/council approval and construction
Preparing plans and 3D renders for marketing
Preparing technical details for architectural features
Preparing civil drawings for water, sewerage, electricity
Preparing civil drawings for cut and fill
Preparing civil drawings for roads and drainage
Qualifications:
A Diploma in Architecture or any related field. A degree will be an added advantage
Registered member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ)
Minimum 2 years experience in drawing building structures.
Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
Skills & Abilities
Ability to analyse and solve problems.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing detailed bill of quantities for civil works
Preparing detailed bill of quantities for construction works
Obtaining quotations from suppliers and contractors
Assessing quotations and producing quote comparisons
Preparing project costings and budget
To prepare projected monthly expenditure reports
To prepare monthly cost reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or any related field
Registered member Quantity Surveying Institute of Zambia
Minimum 3 years experience and above.
Contract Administrator
Skills & Abilities

Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Issuing purchase orders to contractors
Ensuring contractors meet our terms and conditions
Screening contractor invoices in comparison to purchase orders
Preparing contracts with clients
Ensuring clients meet our terms and conditions
Pursuing payments from clients
Filing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Contract management or any related field
Should have knowledge in Project Management
Registered member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ)
Minimum 3 years experience.
