Job DescriptionThe procurement and warehouse manager will be responsible for guaranteeing the availability of stock at the factory and shops at all times. He will be in charge of developing a weekly production plan that suits the scope and based on the same, he will be in charge of ordering raw material, receiving it and issuing it to the production unit. He will also be in charge of verifying the products manufactured and dispatching them to the shops daily. He will be in charge of stock takes and he will have to minimize any variance in the stock. All movements will have to be accurately recorded in the system using the company POS software. He will also be in charge of regularly checking prices on the markets in order to guarantee convenience for the company at all times. The Procurement and Warehouse manager will additionally be in charge of coordinating the factory staff and driver and will respond to the Finance Manager.Minimum requirements:Diploma or degree in any relevant field (supply chain, business management)Computer literate (excel required)Fluency in English and BembaPersonal attributes:Strong leadershipAbility to work under pressure and under minimum supervisionStrong organizational skillsAbility to implement procedures to improve operationsMethod of ApplicationTo apply for this job email your details to this email:
