Job Description

Zamtouch is looking for an enthusiastic and professional remote-based procurement and contracts officer who will spearhead all tendering processes in the company with the goal to successfully bid for opportunities in the technology and advertising sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
Source and bid for tenders
Organise and document updated company official documents
Advise directors on regional and local opportunities in Zambia
Good Knowledge of the ZPPA code of conduct
Maintain vendor register that contains vendor details and procurement documents.
Source for competitive business deals in the technological and advertising space
Ensure the company successfully participates in all major tendering opportunities
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Full Grade 12 certificate.
Advanced Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS word, and other MS packages
Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS office packages
Working Knowledge of the EGP ZPPA System
