The Job
The job of Project manager involves creating, supervising and managing teams of trades personnel on various projects, marketing and bidding for jobs. Additionally, Customer liaison is an essential.
THE CANDIDATE
The Candidate must posses the following:
A qualification in Project management(minimum Diploma)
A qualification in a construction discipline (minimum certificate)
Experience in construction, with a bias in interior finishes (min 2yrs)
Works under minimum supervision
Efficient quick thinker
An eye for perfection
Computer literate
Driving License (3yrs +)
Excellent interpersonal skills
