Role: In charge of managing the sampling, testing, designing and reporting of all required material and construction quality tests for the Contractor. Also responsible for managing the Conformance Management Unit and the development/management of the Contractor’s Quality Control systems.Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, who is a “Registered Engineer” with the relevant authority.Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in managing a materials laboratory, certifying materials testing and pavement construction materials, of which at least two years are on managing the implementation of Performance-based contracts.
