Experience:
1. Must have experience of more than 8 years in contract work.
2. Knows and understands the Zambian Contract Laws.
3. Has lead role experience in a monitoring Consultants company , or as a Roads Contract Manager with experience in RDA works.must have experience in road construction projects.
4. Able to contribute to raising the profitability of the company and must be able to work       under supersion
5. Must have high integrity and good character.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or better in Civil Engineering. ( Higher qualification is an advantage.)
2. Valid Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) practising Licence.
Person:
1.  Able to withstand and manage work pressure in a multi-cultural work environment.
2.  Able and prepared to relocate to the Project Camp Site situated in Manyinga / Kabompo, Northwestern Province.
3.  Zambian nationals preferred.
