Pam Golding Properties is looking for people who are ambitious, driven by success, motivated by reward and able to meet targets to join our successful Lusaka office. We want Estate Agents who are curious, determined, persistent with great attention to detail, but also sociable and outgoing. The role is about the successful marketing and selling of property and continued growth of market share, whilst providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collecting information about properties (lead generation)
Canvassing properties to sell
Arranging for photography and home staging
Visit sellers and must be able to talk knowledgeably about their property and area
Able to apply sound principles when estimating the value of a property
Organise or attend outside events
Able to put together a marketing plan for a property
Represent the seller/buyer in negotiations with potential buyers/owner
Monitor sales ad liaise with all stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and other estate agents
Able to knowledgeably advise buyers and sellers
Keeping up to date with trends in the general local and international property market

Must love sales and ‘closing the deal’ with proven past experience working in a sales environment

Knowledge and Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Should be knowledgeable of the general property market
Must be digitally savvy and comfortable doing business with your mobile phone or device
Must have valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport or access to reliable transport
Computer literate with sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite
Education and Experience:
Must have a grade 12 certificate and a tertiary education with a minimum of diploma or degree in real estate, business administration, marketing and other related fields
Must register with /be a member of the Zambia Institute of Estate agents
Must have sales experience of at least one year in either vehicle, insurance, network marketing or other related jobs.
Must live in Lusaka
Must have your own laptop or tablet and a Smart phone
Must be able to be comfortable earning commission
Qualifications
1-2 years’ of sales experience
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication skills
