VSO is a global voluntary organisation whose mission has been to bring people together to fight poverty through the lasting power of volunteering.
We will be running a tender process with the intention of establishing a Framework Agreement and appointing organisations as Preferred Suppliers for the provision of the following goods and services:
1. Accommodation and Conferencing (Lusaka, Samfya and Chongwe)
Accommodation services to be provided to our Staff visiting Lusaka and Samfya
2. Office Stationery
Supply of office stationery and Office supplies to our office in Lusaka and Samfya
3. Design and printing
Supply of printed/branded materials (Banners, Pop Ups, Back drops, Manuals, Booklets and T/Shirts)
4. Consultancy services
5. Supply of Computers
6. Supply of tonner
7. Car hire services
8. Transportation of goods
9. Servicing and repairs of Computers and Printers
We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced / qualified organisations.
VSO’s requirements:

Suppliers must be registered with ZRA registration.
Suppliers must have a valid tax clearance certificate.
Suppliers must have certificates of registration/ incorporation and other relevant statutory documents for the business.

Expressions of interest: All expressions of interest must be received by VSO by 21 April 2023 at 17:00hrs and must be submitted electronically (emailed) to the following email address: inf[email protected]
The EOI must include a contact name, company name, company address, phone and email address.
Tender documents: Tender documents will be sent to those who expressed an interest, following the close of the EOI period.
Anticipated agreement start date: 01 May 2023
Contract period: 2 years with option to extend for an additional 1 year.
