Our restaurant is seeking a passionate, skilled chef to create delicious meals for our patrons. You will be responsible for planning our menu, ensuring that each dish is nutritious and cost effective, and collaborating with a team of kitchen staff to deliver food that meets the highest quality standards.
To ensure success in your role as Chef, you should be an excellent leader with great organizational skills and impeccable time management. To be exceptional, you will be creative, capable of creating dishes that set us apart and keep people coming back for more.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
1. Certificate in catering, culinary or food production
2. Cooking experience for at least 2 years
3. Knowhow of team management
4. Ability to train kitchen staff
5. Able to take stock of food and equipment
6. Able to design new recipe, and plan menus
7. Able to maintain safety and sanitation
8. Able to receive customers’ feedback and improve
