Job DescriptionThe Retail assistants responsibility is customer service and sales, achieved through exceptional communication skills and artistic abilities. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative duties.Responsibilities:Provide welcoming, personal, professional and consistent service to all customers at all timesDemonstrate effective communication skillsKeep informed about products/company information/store informationActively participate in M.A.C training sessions and partnered store mandatory sessionsMaintain proper placement and condition of merchandise on counter, in stock room and maintained areasAssist with stock inventory countAdhere to proper security procedures regarding handling of cash and assetsMust have basic makeup application skills and knowledgeQualification / Skills:Minimum Diploma in any related fieldMust have basic makeup application skills and knowledgeMust possess strong analytical and interpretive skills and be able to assess customer needs and make makeup recommendationsAbility to work in a fast – paced environment including evenings and weekends.
