Role: In charge of managing the construction and maintenance activities, to deliver the required outputs for Rehabilitation, Periodic Maintenance/ re-gravelling, Improvement Works, network management (Routine maintenance) and Emergency Works as per approved design and specifications. Also responsible for planning, implementation and reporting of Network Performance activities being executed as per desired requirements / specifications.Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, who is a “Registered Engineer” with the relevant authority.Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience for B.Sc., in managing the on-site road construction works, of which at least two years are on managing the implementation of Performance-based contracts. This experience must include the effective and efficient management of road construction and Periodic Maintenance re-gravelling crews, work zone safety management during construction, the production and delivery of required materials and the delivery of the required construction quality outcomes.
