Description

Help resolve Customers’ Quality complaints
Help Train Block Makers on appropriate Aggregate Mix for Concrete & good yield
Highlight the technical benefits of using Dangote Cement to Artisans, Consumers & industrial users
Optimize the awareness of Dangote Cement through regular visits/inspection, trainings & demonstrations
Advise on better working tools including proper PPE at the work site
Regularly liaise with Quality Dept for Quality update
Technical support to all Field Sales Staff
Regular feedback to Quality Dept on Quality performance from the Field
Visit Construction Project sites to offer value adding technical advice to Project Owners & Supervisors
Prospect for big projects & partner with Field Sales to close
Periodically analyze all complaints received & share same with Quality, Sales & Marketing Dept

Requirements

A Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Bio Chemistry & Industrial Chemistry

Minimum years of Work Experience: 3-5yrs
