We are inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:
JOB TITLE: SALES AND DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR- KASAMA
GRADE: I
CONTRACT: PERMANENT
Reporting to the Sales and Distribution Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

Planning and monitoring distribution to ensure economical deliveries of high-quality beer to the right customer at the right time.
Ensure volumes dispatched agree with estimates, targets and vehicle leaving on time.
Ensure all customers are served and their complaints actioned.
Monitor all premises sales, shortages by Driver/Salesmen and the Gate Sales Cashier.
Liaises with appropriate employees to ensure that trucks are repaired or serviced on time.
Attends to customer complaints and queries such as pricing and poor delivery of the products.
Appraise routes and sales performance with the view of achieving optimum vehicle utilisation.
Investigates losses and takes appropriate measures to ensure that they are kept to a minimum.
Maintenance of all stocks, money, stationery, tools and equipment.
Ensure distribution controls are adhered to.
Responsible for vehicle appearance.
Manage sales for the entire region.

This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Sales Management or any related field.
Valid Driver’s Licence, computer literate
Diplomatic but firm when required
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Effective communicator and absolute integrity
