Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing assistant to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
Sales Responsibilities:

Contributing to the development of marketing strategies to promote TRAVAC Investments business units (Accommodation, Car rental and Health Spa)
Conducting market research on rival products and services
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products and services
Develop targeted sales strategies.
Answering client queries about product /service specifications and uses.
Maintaining client relations.
Customer retention strategies
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales targets.
Meet sales target of on the accommodation, Car rental and Health Spa stream business.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Develop sales and marketing budget

Marketing Responsibilities:

Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Sales and Marketing Assistant Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
High-level communication and networking skills.
A passion for sales.
Ego drive
Resilient and persistent
Team player
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Clean driving license
Ability to work well under pressure.
