PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide effective and efficient funeral services at operational level to customers.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Receive calls and correspondence from both external & internal customers;
Invoicing, receipting, checking and collection reconciliation;
Assist in preparing funeral schedule;
Counting Stock, Wreaths, Coffins and Caskets;
Assist in the movement of corpses in and around the country;
Attend and resolve customer queries
Assist in maintenance of proper records;
Interpret operational policies accurately; and
Assist in ensuring progressive fleet maintenance and good record keeping.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in any Business related program a Degree is an added advantage;
2 years’ experience as front counter.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Effective communication at all levels;
Team player;
Pro-active and Innovative;
Computer literate; and
Ability to make good business decisions.
