coverage, deepen penetration of market and enhance the market share. Through its phase
wise implementation in South Africa and other African Countries and the Company has
created a presence in these geographies for its Pumps. The Company is therefore looking
for a dynamic professional for the position of Sales Engineer – Zambia. Individuals who

Position: Sales Engineer
Experience: 3-6 years
Qualification: B Engineering Mechanical/Electrical
Reporting to: Director – RNE Zambia
Roles and Responsibilities:

Achieve order booking targets for the assigned pump sales in Zambia
Provide accurate order booking projections, lead and prospect reports to support business growth of Pumps in Zambia
Provide strategic inputs for developing new businesses in Zambia
Generate and maximize cross sales opportunities for RNE Pumps
Anchor enquiry management system from lead generation to order and closure of
Pumps Sales
Develop OEMs, consultants and EPCs
Assist business development and promotion strategy, Build case studies of Customer testimonials on RNE Pumps
Be a single point of contact for customers for multi-division product lines across multiple functions, viz. sales, service and supply chain for Company products
Support to commercial and Exim divisional teams
Provide inputs on:

new product development
breaking into new market segments
Change in Industry norms
win loss analysis

Critical Competencies

Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
Strong ability to work cross functionally across hierarchies in a highly matrix organization structure
Passion to network, build relations with customer and improving sales
Flair to build in-depth know-how of multiple products
Contracting and negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen
Proficient in English language i.e. written and verbal
Ability to work with a multi-cultural teams

* Candidate should be ready to travel extensively (Driving license will be a must)
