Positions: Field Sales Executive– Preferably Copper belt resident
Main Purpose of Job and objective:
To achieve profitable revenue growth through the development of long-term customer relationships to enable high levels of retention and acquisition of new business.
Interact with customers in order to establish market information specific to them.
Observe local market trends and relates impacts upon their customers.
To identify, pursue and close potential new business, ensuring that opportunities are maximized upon in order to facilitate the achievement of current and long-term profit and revenue plans.
Staying current with the new marketing trends by reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks to help increase awareness of the company’s products
Acquire, manage and maintain client relations, ensuring client satisfaction
Grade 12 certificate
Diploma or better in Business Administration or Sales Marketing.
Computer literacy with good command of written and spoken English, Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
Two (2) years’ experience.
Excellent creative thinking skills to help the brand stand out from the crowd Organizational awareness (structure, products and services).
Knowledge of our products will be an added advantage
Must be Aggressive, Target driven and ability to work under pressure
Must have a clean Driving license
