Goldman Insurance is one of the insurance companies based in Lusaka and seeks to employ energetic and hard working as sales executives. We require the services of Sales Executives in the following towns Solwezi, Kitwe, Ndola, Kabwe, Choma and Livingstone.
Duties
proactive selling of general insurance products
achieve set sales targets and ensure sustained business growth
compile weekly reports to the sales team leader
continually seek new opportunities to market services and bring in new customers
maintain and update knowledge on all company products/services
to secure new business
explain to customers the products and services best suited to their needs
Requirements
Full grade 12 certificate
Diploma in insurance and any business related course will be an added advantage
Minimum 2 years sales experience
Excellent interpersonal communication
Ability to meet targets
Able to work with minimum supervision
