Job Title: Freelance Sales Agent
We are a leading telecommunications company, seeking energetic and self-motivated Freelance Sales Agents to join our team. As a Freelance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving traffic to stores and promoting smartphone sales on credit, as well as supporting field sales operations, marketing campaigns, and activations.
Responsibilities:
1.      Actively seek out and approach potential customers to promote our smartphone sales on credit.
2.      Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
3.      Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
4.      Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
5.      Ensure all sales activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with -company policies.
6.      Support field sales operations by conducting in-store activations, product demonstrations, and sales training sessions for store staff.
7.      Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
8.      Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activations.
9.      Use digital platforms such as social media and online marketing tools to support sales and marketing efforts.
10.   Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
1.      Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
2.      Age 18-24.
3.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.      Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
6.      Previous sales experience is an advantage.
7.      Previous work in the credit industry will be an added advantage
8.      Ability to use digital platforms such as social media and online marketing tools is desirable.
9.      Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
