A seed company based in Zambia is looking for a competitive Professional who can formulate and implement strategies to develop and generate sales growth of seed varieties throughout Zambia and regionally.
Minimum Work Experience
10 years with at least 5 Years in Agriculture Industry
Qualifications

BSc in Agriculture, Agronomy, Sales, Production Management and/or related position.
A master’s level degree in related fields is highly desirable and added advantage.
Grade 12 with 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics & English, Credit or Better.

Skills & Requirements

Must possess in-depth knowledge of the seed industry in Zambia
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in sales and marketing
A team player with the ability to structure sales and marketing activity that focuses on meeting targets
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Superior organizational and time management skills
