Premier Service Medical Aid Society (Z) is a medical aid administration company that has been offering quality, affordable health care services to individuals and corporate entities since inception in 2007. PSMAS (Z), while providing medical schemes to the people of Zambia, has a goal of generating the necessary change in the healthcare industry by offering the public cost-effective healthcare services and products.
PSMAS (Z) is looking for individuals who are interested in joining the PSMAS family and become a concierge of good health and bring potential clients, a peace of mind. This opportunity, be it Part Time or Full time, allows one to join our sales team and raise their income to as much as can be.
The Job requires one to perform duties such as;

Meeting or exceeding weekly and daily sales targets.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Participating in sales efforts (lead generation) and marketing promotions.
Keeping a high level of knowledge about existing products and learning about new products as they are established.
Meeting with clients and prospects to determine their specific needs and wants alongside making suggestions as appropriate.
Building and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Assisting in product development based on consumer feedback.

If you have a minimum qualification of; Grade 12 Certificate, Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Professional qualification in any relevant discipline or equivalent and possess;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sales, marketing and negotiating skills
Commitment to providing unique customer service
Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
