We are looking for experienced Sales Team Leads with strong sales in Secured Asset Financing, and with a strong field Marketing Background to join our fast growing Micro Finance company.
The Sales Team Lead will manage a sales team of Direct Sales agents in Onboarding customers/users in an assigned territory. The main responsibilities of the role are to increase Revenue and customer base while maintaining customer service and long-lasting customer relationships. The sales team lead will be responsible for promoting the Company brand and ensuring all company messages are accurately communicated to customers.
Train, manage, and motivate direct sales agents in assigned territories.
Communicate and monitor sales objectives to the team.
Motivate team members and assess sales performance.
Communicate concerns and policies among management and team members.
Actively onboard new customers and ensure customer retention.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Prepare sales and activity reports for management.
Recommend new business prospects and potential new markets for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma in any related field or a Grade 12 Certificate with Experience in Sales and Marketing – fieldwork
Experience in managing a team of DSAs
Experience in field sales and store activation
Able to work independently while being a team player
Ability to recruit potential agents
Strong Geographical Knowledge of the market
Proficient in computer use.
