This role requires effective and efficient managing of resources (equipments and labour) to achieve the desired objectives of the company Efficient Management and control of offloading， to ensure accuracy, integrity and the right condition of goods.
1. Supervising casual workers to ensure accuracy in offloading goods
2. Preparing daily workload for casual staff according to quantity offloaded
3. Supervising Stock Handlers to ensure accuracy in loading customer goods
4. Ensuring that each truck is offloaded and loaded at a good speed to achieve the target
5. Controlling, organizing and motivating Casual workers
6. Ensuring the efficient application of manpower resources in the warehouse
7. Creating safety and security awareness amongst casual manpower on a continous basis
8. Identifying Safety and Security hazards in the warehouse and reporting immediately
9. Other work tasks arranged by management
