Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Full professional qualification such as CA Zambia/CIMA/ ACCA.
Must be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant post qualification experience, working in a busy finance and accounting environment.
Oversee the operations and development of the organization’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
Must be above 35 years and male preferably

Responsibilities

Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the organization.
Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the organization’s finances.
Supervise the documentation of the organization’s financial status and forecasts.
Prepare monthly management reports to senior management and program staff as required, including expenditures by cost center/project and other financial information, in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare financial reports, for review by senior management, to donors in line with donor requirements and templates.
Assist in developing annual fiscal year budgets together with the Finance Officer and Admin Officer.
